My char is on paper old, but it has skill training maybe 3-4 months, so as you see i dont even have all T2. But i can do any t4.
Sometimes i change to 3 specific hardeners and 1 shield extend 2 rechargers or 2 extenders and 1 recharger. If need more tank change BCS'es to power relays.
Comparing to your load i see that my setup is more dpsier. Do you use t2 fury ammo? You have to prepare for every mission. that is - change hardeners, change ammo for damage type, change drones for damage type and and i personally read mission description to know of triggers, what agroes what. Then you know if using drones will agro some of groups, or killing some ship will bring in reinforcements. BTW for that drone mission you lost Typhoon - i know there is one mission where in nr1 pocket is drone mother or smth like that named drone. you have to kill every wave which spawns after damaging big drone, because reiforcements warp in after some fixed % of that big drone is damaged, so if you went on big drone to kill her in one go, i can understand how you lost your ship, because i was there and left one drake there too :)
Since i dont have "fat bear tank" setup my main tactic ir to kill down as many ships i can faster, that is i target easier targets first. start with cruisers, drones go for frigs. And then it is sort of race, to minimize incoming dps, so that my tank holds it at 33%. Of course sometimes i have to jup out, but only times i remeber lately doing that is when i have actually forgotten to put right hardeners on, and i have even managed to do missions with wrong hardeners to find out that later...
One important thing - it enemies are turret ships, then you must move and keep transversal velocity up. Even with slow drake it actually gives quite a lot help. and drones must work fast with webber frigs in this case.
Btw i had the same problem liek you couldnt understand why i cant do porperly missions, but i found out that to be skill training problem, not equipment. But as i said, my char has smth 6,5 mil. nothing much, so i believe you might have problem with items you use or way you do missions.
